The Concept of Spontaneity and its Relationship with the Individual Characteristics of Personality

In this article, the authors consider concept of spontaneity and relationship characteristic with such individual personality characteristics as locus control, autonomy, tolerance to uncertainty, creativity, self-regulation, flexibility in communication itself. The conduct an experiment that allows trace relationship. research involved 205 people between ages 18 40, including 125 living Ukraine 80 studying abroad. Ukrainian study group consisted 82 women 43 men. foreign researchers 52 28 To impact on sociocultural experience individual, representatives other communities aged 18–39 were involved. sample respondents was divided into 4 groups: countries Europe, Asia Africa, CIS world total. study, conclude does not exist separately from characteristics, is independent personal property develops according its own laws, but closely connected many important formations structures, order understand how these connections function, it enough investigate traits.
